Who wrote to you
Pedro Teixeira Duarte, founder and President of Grupo Cerne. We write to owners of HVAC, electrical and plumbing companies across the country, using public information about the companies and the people who run them.
Why we wrote
We buy companies to keep them. We do not lend money, sell services or act as intermediaries. If we wrote to you, it is because your company may be the kind of company we would like to buy, if and when that makes sense for you. We are not asking you for any decision.
Why the email came from Stanford
Some of our emails are sent from pedrotd@stanford.edu, the address of the university where Pedro did his MBA. It is a real address, and Pedro reads and answers it. You can reply there or write to pedro@grupocerne.pt.
